You need to provide the ministry of home affairs (MUP) some documents on your first application for residency, one of which being a certificate from your local police to show no criminal record, or if you have a former record, if it is over 10 years, the certificate will show that you’re of no interest. Hope this helps.

You’re right. It’s currently not available for sale due to a legal issue. But it was for sale at €100k and of course we had a buyer for it immediately. Sadly this fell through when the lawyers took a deeper look at the title and realised there was an issue.

No. But you can get residency. There are different levels of residency. I think we explained everything in this video or the previous one.

It is lovely. I had no idea they were this much now. Maybe it's Ukraine behind it. Same in Georgia.

@@Michael-4 I read that before Ukraine you could rent a flat for 250-300 Euros a month, now they are 700 Euros a month.
